1. Course Description
Interpretation, general principles of the Civil and Commercial laws, rights and duties, principles of person, property, juristic acts, wrongful acts, obligations and prescriptions of claims. Specific contracts and practices which are common in commercial transactions, such as: sales, assignment sales, hire of property, hire purchase, hire of service, hire of work, carriage, loan, deposit, surety ship, mortgage, pledge, agency brokerage, insurance and bills, patents.
