At the conclusion of this course, students will have a better understanding concept of international business strategy and its importance, how globalization affects consumer behaviour, how to apply a strategic view of IHRM, the strategic importance of leadership and organizational behaviour, international monetary system and international financial management, how to manage an effective supply chain logistics, and the strategic implement of developing and marketing products.
